Friendly staff, quick check in and check out. Very Clean grounds and room. Food service stayed open late which is great, we sat outside under cute umbrellas and soft lights. Our one bedroom was modern, clean, comfortable. Beds, linen and towels are fairly new. No complaints on the sleeper sofa used for 1 night. Shower water and pressure was great. The room fit our 3 family for the night perfectly. Would stay again.

The staff is very nice. They are quite helpful and usually try to go out of their way to help with small things (e.g. I needed scissors, no problem they found it for me). And on Wednesday they gave free macarons in the reception area to the guests; how cool. I found the area safe, close to Paulista, and good options for finding some local food. The rooms are small, so it is a value-for-money option; works for a few days. There is a free coffee machine at the reception, with decent coffee.

The location was perfect in relation to where I needed to go. Everything I needed was within walking distance - food, groceries, laundry. The breakfast was good and reasonably priced. The room was clean, the beds and pillows were great. The air conditioning worked well. The bathroom was clean. They were able to provide a 220V converter since I forgot mine. The entire staff was very friendly. I was able to store my luggage before check in and after check out as well which was a big help.

The man that worked in the bar on our first night there was the most friendly person we have met while we were there! I can’t thank him enough for his hospitality (bear in mind he didn’t know how to speak in English but he found a way to communicate with us) unfortunately I didn’t ask him name! Overall was good compared to our second time there.

Great staff, good location near restaurants and shopping. The thing that stood out was the little extras laid on. There was a violinist playing during breakfast, really wonderful and there was a masseuse offering free 15 minute sessions on one evening. Apparently they do different things each week.

The breakfast was exceptional, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day right. The location was perfect, situated near Av Paulista and within walking distance of malls, shops, and other attractions.

Very friendly staff with excellent knowledge. Very convenient location in a very safe area of the city. Several fine restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood. Rooms were very clean
